Role

The Business Development Executive is a new business hunter responsible for seeking out, qualifying and acquiring customers and partners interested in remote patient monitoring solutions using advanced medical wearables.

This role will be focused on acquiring new digital healthcare solution providers in a variety of domains such as ambulatory cardiac monitoring, cardiac rehab, and acute remote patient monitoring, as well as developing and growing existing accounts to commercial scale.

This is an individual contributor position based in Campbell, CA.

Responsibilities:

- Acquires new customers for the Company’s products and services

- Introduces Vivalink products and services to RPM customers to build a pipeline of new activity

- Plans sales strategy and drives new business bookings with healthcare organizations

- Acts as the principal liaison between Vivalink user accounts; develops and enhances business relationships by providing high levels of service and by encouraging contact with accounts at various organizational levels; develops and continuously updates account profiles

- Utilizes internal resources to achieve sales objectives

- Provides feedback from customers regarding product performance; provides input to product development and support services for product fixes and enhancements

- Represents Vivalink at sales conferences to promote the Company’s products and services

Qualifications:

- Healthcare domain knowledge, especially around key topics and trends in cardiac monitoring, telehealth, IDNs and/or Health Systems, including but not limited to RPM, IoT, HIE/interoperability, population health management, payment reform, etc.

- Experience selling medtech solutions, remote patient monitoring solutions, HIT (healthcare information technology)

- Experience selling in an emerging market

- A “hunter” with professionalism and attention to detail

- Able to navigate organizational structures to identify proper contacts

- Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills

- Ability to draft business terms and negotiate business agreements

- At least five years’ track record of healthcare technology sales success

- Experience with FDA products a plus

Education:

BS Degree or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
